How Drink affects us
Drink affects everyone in different ways.It will “cloud” and affect our judgement to a greater or lesser extent depending on circumstances nad quantity of drink taken.The amount that people may drink without increasing the risk of harm to them-selves depends on their age, sex, weight,build and various other factors,such as how fit etc. If you have have eaten recently or slept this can affect how your body reacts to drink also.
Good advice would be to take it easy with drink and pace your self accordingly,that is drink at a pace that you are confortable with and can manage and not at some one else’s pace…this will only lead to problems!!
Drink is there to be enjoyed,not abused..
